Western equestrian team moving up in the region


The Laramie County Community College Eagles, hosting a Western horse show Nov. 10 at the College Arena, placed second as a team and is currently sitting third in the region.

Individual results were as follows:

  • Kayla Fisk placed sixth in open reining and first in open horsemanship;

  • Kaitlyn Hurdle placed seventh in advanced horsemanship;

  • Kelsey Jenkins placed second in novice horsemanship;

  • Ann Pusheck placed fifth in novice horsemanship;

  • Brittany DeMartin placed seventh in novice horsemanship;

  • Amanda Heller placed third in intermediate II horsemanship;

  • Morgan Knoll placed fifth in intermediate II horsemanship;

  • Candice Lahners placed first in intermediate II horsemanship;

  • Jessie Johnson placed second in intermediate I horsemanship;

  • Sarah Stull placed second in intermediate I horsemanship;

  • Kelsey LoSasso placed first in intermediate I horsemanship;

  • Ashley Hunter placed second in beginner horsemanship;

  • Emily Smith placed second in beginner horsemanship;

  • And Kailey Kaufmann placed sixth in beginner horsemanship.
