Golden Eagle statue in atrium

Progress is underway in the Fine Arts Building atrium to place a golden eagle bronze statue and a rock garden around plants to help sustain their life during the cold winters. Issues with the breezeway keep the doors from closing and allow snow to build up inside the building.

The space was created by Architectural Maintenance Technicians Jon Dachel and Dave Vinatieri; Tim MacNamara, the director of the physical plant department; Bill Zink, assistant director of the physical plant department, and Caroline Ross, coordinator of the science lab in the school of math and sciences.
