The human resources director for the Wyoming Department of Transportation was named the winner of the seventh annual local edition of the Worldwide Photo Walk.

Lon Pfau took first place, moving up from second place last year. Another WYDOT employee, Don Edington, captured second place. Third place went to Stephanie Maas, a Laramie County Community College multimedia graduate, and Tamara Rodgers, a current LCCC multimedia major and online editor for Wingspan Online, earned honorable mention.

The Cheyenne gathering of the Worldwide Photo Walk attracted 25 photographers. It was one of 1,052 photo walks worldwide on Oct. 11 that included 20,152 photographers. The walk, held at the Y Cross Ranch near Horse Creek, Wyoming, was sponsored by LCCC’s mass media/multimedia department.
