Rodeo team wraps up the fall season

The Laramie County Community College rodeo team has had its ups and downs this fall semester. The men’s team is currently sitting at seventh in the regional standings and the women’s team is sitting at 12th in the regional standings.

In the tie-down roping standings, Rance Johnson is 11th overall with 85 total points.

In the steer wrestling standings, Kaycee Greer is third overall with 180 total points and Vineyard is eighth overall with 160 total points.

In the team roping header standings, Terrel Vineyard is sixth overall with 145 total points and Johnson is 10th overall with 100 total points.

In the team roping heeler standings, Tate Mathis is sixth overall with 145 total points and Reed Johnson is 10th overall with 100 total points.

In the barrel racing standings, Megan Turek is 12th overall with 75 total points.

In the breakaway roping standings, Bailey Tibbs is 13th overall with 80 total points and Abbea Faris is 14th overall with 75 total points.

In the goat-tying standings, Bailey Tibbs is ninth overall with 135 total points.

The LCCC rodeo team competed in its last rodeo of the fall semester, the Shawn Dubie Memorial Rodeo. The Rodeo was held at the LCCC rodeo arena Oct. 14-16, results were not available at press time. For updated results go to wingspan.lccc.wy.us
